Happy Monday everyone! The weather is delightful outside today! I have lots of cleaning to do so I thought I would post something fast and easy on days like this I especially LOVE to use my crock pot! A lot of you might have this one but I will share it with you anyway :)
Fast and east Pot Roast
1 roast (every ones taste varies so choose whatever kind you prefer or have on hand)
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 cup of Beef broth, stock (or water)
Put Roast in the crock pot
in a bowl mix soup, soup mix and stock
pour over pot roast
turn crock pot to low and cook all day
* you can add potato's carrots and onions to this as well!
